摘要
采用硫化胺法对西藏某氧化锌矿进行了浮选试验研究,分别考察了磨矿粒度、分散剂用量、硫化钠用量以及不同碳链长度的胺类捕收剂等因素对氧化锌浮选指标的影响。试验结果表明,采用硫化胺法能够有效实现西藏某氧化锌的浮选。在原矿锌品位为6.8%条件下,可获得锌品位为23.38%,回收率为90.1%的锌精矿。
The flotation of a zinc oxide ore in Tibet was studied with sulfidization-amine method. The influence of grinding fineness, dosage of dispersant, dosage of Na2S and the length of carbon chain of amine collectors on the flotation index of zinc oxide ore were investigated. The bench test indicates that the zinc oxide ore can be effectively recovered using sulfidization-amine method. For the run-of-mine ore with a zinc grade of 6.8%, the zinc concentrate can be obtained with zinc grade of 23.38% and recovery rate of 90.1%.
