摘要
通过热重(TG-DTG)、差示扫描量热(DSC)技术分别在氩气气氛和空气气氛下对二水草酸钴的热分解行为进行了研究,并从热力学角度对草酸钴的热分解行为进行了分析探讨。热力学分析结果表明,在惰性气氛中,草酸钴的分解产物为金属钴;而在氧化性气氛中,草酸钴在温度低于700℃时的分解产物为Co3O4。DSC-TGA曲线验证了理论分析结果。
The thermal decomposition behavior of cobalt oxalate dehydrate (COC2O4.2H2O) was studied with thermogravimetry analysis(TG-DTG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) in Ar or Air atmosphere respectively. And the thermal decomposition behavior of cobalt oxalate was analyzed and discussed from thermodynamics point of view. The result shows that the thermal decomposed products of cobalt oxalate are metallic cobalt in inert atmosphere, while the products are Co3O4 in oxidizing atmosphere when the temperature is below 700 %. The thermodynamics analysis results are verified by DSC-TGA curves.
