摘要
选用201×7树脂对石煤提钒水浸液进行离子交换,在最佳吸附条件下对解吸剂种类及用量、解吸速率等进行试验研究。研究表明:以4%NaOH+10%NaCl溶液为解吸剂,其用量为树脂体积的3~4倍,解吸剂流速0.014~0.016mL/(mL湿树脂·min),此时解吸率大于99%;并为提高富钒液浓度提出了分段解吸和增加树脂负载钒量等有效措施。
The ion exchange for the leaching solution in which vanadium is exiracted from stone coal was conducted by the use of 201 ~ 7 resin. Experimental studies on the type and dosage of desorption agent, desorption rate were carried out under the best adsorption conditions. The results indicate that when using 4% NaOH + 10% NaCl solution as desorption agent, the dosage is 3 - 4 times of the resin volume and the rate of the desorption agent is 0. 014 - 0.016 mL/(mL wet resin .min), the desorption rate is more than 99%. The effective methods such as stage desorption and increasing vanadium load of resin were proposed for increasing the concentration of vanadium-rich solution.
