摘要
简要介绍了电化腐蚀、线棒绝缘机械破损、线棒绝缘降低产生的原因及其所引发的几起典型故障。通过分析,提高了对电化腐蚀、线棒绝缘破损以及线棒绝缘降低对水轮发电机定子绕组危害的认识,其处理方法可为同行提供借鉴。
The paper describes the reasons of galvanic corrosion, mechanical damages of winding bar insulation, and decreasing of winding bar insulation, as well as several typical failures resulted. Through analysis, it is known that the above-mentioned conditions would endanger the stator windings of turbine-generator units, and their solutions will provide reference for colleagues.
