摘要
为论证输电线路防雷措施的效果与可行性,以安徽池州供电局110 kV池潘438线路为参照对象,构建等比例线路模型与模拟地网,分别进行绕击与反击实验。通过对不同实验结果的对比、分析与总结,发现:加装侧向避雷针、减小避雷线保护角能有效防止绕击雷害事故的发生;降低杆塔接地电阻、架设耦合地线以及加强绝缘配合能够大幅减小反击雷害事故的发生。并在此基础上提出了池州电网110 kV输电线路针对性的防雷改造措施。
To validate the effect and feasibility of the lightning protection measurements for transmission lines , ll0kV transmission lines of Chipan 438# in Chi Zhou Power Supply Bureau of AnHui province was taken as reference object, geometric proportion lines model and simulate grounding grids were established and used to do back striking and shielding failure experiments. Through comparing, analyzing and concluding the different experiments, some results were founded that fixing lateral lightning rod and reducing the protecting angle of shielding lines can efficiently prevent the shielding failure accident; reducing the tower's ground resistance. Setting the coupling line and strengthening insulation level can significantly reduce the back striking lightning accident. Lightning protection measures for 110kV transmission lines of ChiZhou Power system were proposed based on the study.
