摘要
针对国内钢管精整线上矫直机技术欠缺和相关矫直机设备空白问题,在引进和消化国外先进钢管矫直技术的基础上,提出了钢管矫直机的研制方案。该研制方案首先通过钢管矫直机的具体工艺原理分析,明确了整机的具体技术性能指标,然后对矫直机进行有关机械、液压和电气控制系统的具体设计和分析。实际运行结果表明,该产品具有较好的矫直和控制性能,可以较好地实现钢管的冷矫直过程。
According to technology and products in tube straightening process, a tube straightening machine was designed. The designing process firstly analyzed the principle of straightening process, then system performance specifications were presented. And then, the realization of mechanism, hydraulic and electrical subsystem was discussed. Actual applications show that the designed machine has well running and controlling performance and can realize tube straightening process effectively.
