摘要
为更精确有效地对直流电机进行性能仿真和伺服控制,通过应用基于Modelica语言的多领域系统仿真建模平台SimulationX,对直流有刷电机的驱动系统进行了建模分析,完成了机械-电子系统的联合建模,同时采用了PID控制器对电机输出转角进行伺服控制,实现了位置信号控制。最后,应用OptiY模型优化软件对直流电机模型的PID控制参数进行优化,提高了电机的伺服控制精度。仿真结果表明,面向对象的直流电机模型提高了建模效率,并能快捷实现控制参数的优化。
Aiming at more effective and accurate simulation and servo-control on DC motor, the drive system of a DC motor was simulated and analyzed by applying a simulation platform SimulationX based on Modelica. Meanwhile, the position signal control was achieved through servo-control of the output rotation angle of the motor, using PID controller. In the end, the parameters of the PID controller were optimized based on OptiY, in order to improve the accuracy of the servo-control. The simulation results indicate that object-oriented model of DC motor increases the efficiency of simulation and realizes the optimization of relevant parameters for servo-control.
