摘要
对国内外海上风电发展现状进行了对比分析,介绍了我国发展海上风电的优势和面临的困难,并针对海上风电场在设计、施工和运行等阶段可能出现的问题进行了思考和探讨。
The offshore wind power is a new field of wind power. It has intrinsic merits of high wind speed, no land occupation and little environmental condition restrictions. The present status of the offshore wind power development at home and abroad was compared and analyzed. And the superiorities and difficulties we will face in the course of offshore wind power development were introduced. Also, some potential problems on offshore wind power farm design, construction and operation were discussed.
