撞击感度测试的自动送料系统设计

Design of the Automatic Feeding Device in the Impact Sensitivity Measurement

摘要 针对目前撞击感度仪人工送料存在的问题,结合测试特点,设计了—套撞击感度自动送料系统。采用机械手实现了击杆的提升和下降,链条的传动和推杆气缸的动作完成了试样的自动连续进料,针型气缸实现了试样准确定位。使用表明,该系统消除了爆炸产生的有毒气体对人体的伤害及误操作引起的爆炸隐患,减轻了试验操作人员的劳动强度,减少了手工操作对试验结果可信性的影响,提高了撞击感度测试效率。 Aiming at problems of hand feeding in the impact sensitivity instruments, the automatic feeding device according to the measurement peculiarity was designed. The manipulator was adopted to realize the lift of the impact pole, the samples were continuously fed by the transmission of chain wheels and action of the push pneumatic cylinder, and oriented accurately by needle pneumatic cylinder. The use indicates that the system eliminates the harm of the poisonous gas to health and the hazard of explosion, relieves the labor intensity, reduces the influence of manual operation, improves the efficiency of the impact sensitivity measurement.
