江苏信息产业统计指标体系的构建

Construction of Statistical Indicators System of Regional Information Industry——A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

鉴于信息产业的重要性,有必要建立一套科学完整的指标体系,以便准确衡量江苏省信息产业的发展状况,促进信息产业的繁荣,带动国民经济快速发展。江苏现有的信息产业统计指标体系无法全面的反应信息产业的发展状况。在分析江苏信息产业发展特点的基础上,提出江苏省信息产业统计指标体系的指导思想、基本原则以及构建江苏信息产业统计的指标体系,并就江苏省信息产业统计指标体系的实施提出建议。

In view of the importance of the information industry, it is necessary to establish a scientific and complete set of indicator system to measure the development of information industry of Jiangsu Province accurately, promote the prosperity of the information industry, and drive the rapid development of the national economy. However, the existing statistical indicators system of information industry in Jiangsu can not make a comprehensive response to the development of information industry .This paper analyzes the characteristics of the information industry development in Jiangsu, proposes the guiding principle and basic principle for statistical indicators system of the information industry in Jiangsu Province, construct the statistical indicator system of information industry in Jiangsu, and gives suggestions on implementation of statistical indicators system of information industry in Jiangsu Province.
