一种基于小波分析的船舶振动故障检测方法

摘要 迅速兴起的小波分析方法,对时变信号处理具有独特的优点,能同时在时频双域中对信号进行分析。通过对船舶辐射噪声特性的分析,论述了针对振动信号如何选择小波基和如何利用阈值的选取规则。通过与正常信号在仿真过程中的分析对比,直观地得到电路中改变参数所带来的软故障信号的突变特征,成功提取出电路中输出信号的软故障特征,为进一步诊断故障提供了便利。 The rapidly arisen wavelet analysis becomes an effective method to process signals in both time and frequency fields. The method of choosing wavelets for different vibration signals and the rule of choosing gate value are discussed based on analysis of marine noise characters. The improved multi-resolution wavelet analysis method on the soft fault signal has been applied and find out the approximate decomposed coefficients and the detailed coefficients of the signal. The soft fault signal characters in the output of the circuit are extracted successfully, which provides a convenient foundation for diagnosing the fault in the future.
