Study on Flyer Velocity Measurement of Exploding Foil Initiator

摘要 用双灵敏度VISAR测试系统测量爆炸箔冲击片飞片速度,在测试大的金属飞片(直径大于1mm)速度的基础上,对小尺寸的镀铝聚酰亚胺飞片进行测试。通过三坐标激光调节仪对入射光和反射光的对中调试,使得反射光垂直于飞片平面并增加了反射光的强度;通过使用光电信号同步机及处理软件,得到了飞片的飞行速度。将VISAR测试结果与电磁测速法和格尼能公式计算结果进行对比,得到了较好的吻合。 A double sensitivity VISAR system was used to measure the flyer velocity of exploding foil initiator.Based on the measurement technology of veloctiy of big metal flyer, the small flyer velocity of kapton flyer plated with aluminum was also measured. By three coordinates adjusting device, the input and output laser could be focused on the flyer, and the intensity of output laser was enhanced. The flyer veloctiy was obtained by using the synchronization of light and electricity and software. The measurement results of VISAR was coincided well with the results of the electromagnetism measurement and Gumey energy formula.
