摘要
为了选择适用于输出冲量在0.2~0.6N·s之间、作用时间小于2ms的脉冲推冲器的药剂,利用推冲器模型进行试验,比较了HYX-3(黑火药)、DZ(单基发射药),KR(苦味酸钾/黑索今)和NA(高氯酸射铝)的推冲性能;通过试验确定了点火药TK(Ti/KClO4)对脉冲推冲器输出性能的影响。结果表明:ICR和NA药剂性能较优,随着TK药量的增大,脉冲推冲器输出增大,作用时间减少。
In order to determine the appropriate output charge for impulse thruster, which produce 0.2-0.6N-s impulse within 2ms, the output performances of four charges such as HYX-3(black powder), DZ(single base propellant), KR(potassium pieric/RDX) and NA(NH4ClO4/Al) were studied in a simple experimental set-up, and the influence of ignition powder(TK) on output of impulse thruster was carried out. The results show that KR and NA have good performance, when the mass of TK(Ti/KClO4) increase, output behavior of impulse thruster using KR as main charge is enhanced, and its function time is shortened.
