摘要
点火装置的火花测试具有分散性大、易受干扰的特点,为解决测试结果不确定性大的问题,提出了利用已知产品参数验证结果、波形对比、重复性分析和误差分析4条分析途径,对测试结果进行分析,从而评判测试系统的可靠性和稳定性。
The measurement of spark in ignition device is interfered easily, and measurement results are dispersed and uncertain. Four analysis methods were proposed to analyze measurcment results and judge measurement system's reliability and stability, which were using known product parameters to verify results, comparing waveforms, analyzing repeatability and analyzing errors.
