摘要
实验采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)对膨润土改性制备了有机膨润土,采用有机膨润土处理TNT废水,研究温度、振荡频率、振荡时间、pH值和有机膨润土的用量对TNT去除率和CODcr降低率的影响。结果表明:当振荡时间为60min、温度为30℃、振荡频率为120r/min、pH值为中性、有机膨润土与TNT的炸药废水的质量体积比(g/mL)为1:100时,TNT去除率和CODcr的降低率最高,分别达到98%和81%。
Organobcntonite was prepared with the bentonite modifed by CTMAB, and the TNT waste water was treated by organobentonite. The effect of temperature, shaking intensity, shaking time. pH and dosage of organobentonite on TNT removal rate and COD reduce rate of the wastewater were studied. The results show that the optimum shaking time is 60min, the other optimum reaction conditions are temperature at 25℃, shaking intensity at 120r/min, pH at 7 and organobentonite dosage at 1g/100mL. On these optimum conditions, the best removal rate of TNT and reduce rate of CODcr can come up to 98% and 81% respectively.
