摘要
目的探讨肠镜下高频电息肉切除术的应用及护理方法。方法对196例内镜下高频电息肉切除术患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果196例患者在医护人员双方的共同配合下顺利进行手术操作,平均操作时间6 min,无明显并发症发生。结论内镜下高频电息肉切除术安全有效,通过采取规范的护理措施能够增强手术效果,提高手术质量。
Objective To investigate the application and nursing of endoscopic therapy with high-frequency electroblation for colonic polyp. Methods In this group of data, 196 cases of colonic polypi treated by endoscopy-mediated high frequency electroblation were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients had been treated successfully by high frequency electroblation without obvious complication except three of them complicated with delayed hemorrhage. Conclusion Endoscopy-mediated high frequency electroblation is the first choice for treatment of colonic polypi,due to its safety ,low cost,high efficacy and possibility to obtain the pathological tissue.
