国产替罗非班对急性冠脉综合症患者急诊介入治疗安全性和有效性 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察国产替罗非班对急性冠脉综合症(ACS)急诊介入治疗安全性和有效性。方法本文入选住院ACS患者151例,随机分为对照组(75例)和替罗非班组(76例),比较两组基础临床资料、介入治疗情况、住院期间主要心脏不良事件(MACE)发生率和安全性(出血并发症)。结果两组患者基本临床资料和介入治疗情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,替罗非班组可明显减少住院期间MACE的发生率(7.6%VS 20.0%)。虽然替罗非班组与对照组相比出血并发症无统计学意义上的差异,但是从临床观察看替罗非班确实有增加出血的倾向。结论国产替罗非班在国人ACS的急诊介入治疗过程中是有效的和安全的。
