面对高职学校不断扩大招生规模,如何教好书的同时,如何做好育人工作显得尤其重要;面对高职学校的硬件建设日趋现代化,抓好文化建设这一软件,也必然成为当务之急。本文拟就高职校园文化的基本构筑,高职校园文化的实施,高职语文教师在校园文化建设中需要承担的任务与扮演的角色等方面展开论述。
