高职院校班主任工作的研究

Research of Headteacher's Work in Higher Vocational College

高职院校是中国教育体系中近几年建立起来的一种新型院校。高职院校学生的特殊性给班主任工作提出了新的要求。如何根据高职院校的特点做好班主任工作,已成为高职院校教育工作者亟待探讨解决的问题。根据实际工作,提出从加强班主任自身素质的建设、加强学生自立能力的培养、加强学生的心理教育三个方面来做好高职院校的班主任工作。

Higher vocational college is a new college, which is established in Chinese education system in recent years. The particularity of higher vocational college students puts forward new requirements to headteacher＇s work. According to the characteristics of higher vocational college, how to do well in headteacher＇s work has become a problem which is urgent to study and solve for the educators of higher vocational college. According to practical work, three aspects （ i.e. strengthening the construction of headteacher＇s self-quality, strengthening the cultivation of student＇s self-independent ability and strengthening student＇s psychological education ） are proposed to do well in headteacher＇s work.
