苍耳子软膏治疗单纯疱疹的临床观察

Treating herpes simplex with siberian cocklebur frvit ointment:observotion on clinical efficacy

目的：观察苍耳子软膏治疗单纯疱疹的临床疗效。方法I夕h用苍耳子软膏治疗由单纯疱疹病毒所致单纯疱疹60例，并与阿昔洛韦软膏治疗62例进行疗效比较。结果：苍耳子软膏组总有效率91．67％，阿昔洛韦软膏组总有效率91．94％，两组疗效比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：苍耳子软膏可用于治疗单纯疱疹，其疗效与阿昔洛韦软膏相当。

Obective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of siberian cocklebur fruit ointment on the treatment of herpes simplex. Methods ：Of 62 patients with herpes simplex indvces from herpes simplea virus were treated with siberian cock-lebur fruit ointment by external application,the clinical efficacy of which were compared with that of the control group（64 cases） ,whom were treated with aciclovir ointment. Results ：The total effective rate was 91.67% in siberian cocklebur fruit ointment tratment group and that of acyclovir ointment control group wad 91.93% ,no significant difference was noted between 2 groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Siberian cocklebur fruit ointment is applicable for the treatment of herpes simplex,withits clinical efficacy equivlalent to aciclovir ointment.
