Sustainable Development of the Specialty of Radio and Television Journalism

广播电视新闻学的发展面临着中与洋、史与今、术与学、内与外等诸种矛盾,特别是面对着规模扩张和人才出口拥塞的挑战。应对挑战,必须做到两个创新,一是思维创新,解读新闻教育的生态环境,寻找科学发展之路;二是模式创新,从理论和实践方面去创建既遵循教育规律又符合新闻发展实际的崭新模式。

The specialty of radio and television journalism is faced with the eontradictions between technique and science, inside and outside, China and foreign, history and present, especially is challenged by scale enlargement and talents export. In response to the challenges, two innovations must be made ： thought innovation, which interprets the ecological environment of journalism education to find the road of scientific development ; model innovation, which creates new models following education discipline and practice of journalism development.
