摘要
美德日三国高校在教师结构与聘用方面的共同点是:教师学历较高,学缘结构合理,兼职教师比例较大,招聘条件严格,终身制与任期制结合,重视教师培养与发展。通过比较与借鉴,我国高校加强教师队伍的建设与管理工作,应该严把教师"入口"关、重视教师培养与发展、避免"近亲繁殖"、建立开放竞争的教师流动机制、建立规范有效的教师聘用制度。
The common points of faculty structure and employment in three countries (America, Germany and Japan) include higher qualification, reasonable structure of teacher sources, more part-time teachers, strict and public recruitment, combining life-long and tenure system and stressing training and development. By comparison and reference, we should strengthen the construction and management of teachers in the following aspects: to guard "entrance" to university; to emphasis on teacher training and development; to avoid "inbreeding" ; to establish an open competition mechanism for teachers moving; and to establish a standardized and effective system of teacher employment.
