摘要
美德日三国高校在教师结构与聘用方面的共同点是:教师学历较高,学缘结构合理,兼职教师比例较大,招聘条件严格,终身制与任期制结合,重视教师培养与发展。通过比较与借鉴,我国高校加强教师队伍的建设与管理工作,应该严把教师"入口"关、重视教师培养与发展、避免"近亲繁殖"、建立开放竞争的教师流动机制、建立规范有效的教师聘用制度。
The common points of faculty structure and employment in three countries （America, Germany and Japan） include higher qualification, reasonable structure of teacher sources, more part-time teachers, strict and public recruitment, combining life-long and tenure system and stressing training and development. By comparison and reference, we should strengthen the construction and management of teachers in the following aspects： to guard ＂entrance＂ to university; to emphasis on teacher training and development; to avoid ＂inbreeding＂ ; to establish an open competition mechanism for teachers moving; and to establish a standardized and effective system of teacher employment.
