摘要
φ1650型圆锥破碎机主轴经过长期使用,锁紧螺母经常拆装、更换,使主轴上的螺纹逐渐损坏,最终出现滑丝现象导致主轴无法使用。介绍了主轴的修复方法、轴套和主轴的加工尺寸,同时将装配中的加热温度进行了计算。
01650 spindle - type cone crasher after a longterm use, often locldng nut disassembly, replacement, so that the threaded spindle gradually damage and eventually leda to emergence of the phenomenon of sliding filament axis can not be used. This article describes the restoration of the main methods of processing the spindle sleeve and the size of the assembly at the same time, the heating tempeture is calculated.
