摘要 目的:探讨中药药对对STZ致1型糖尿病小鼠的作用。方法:采用腹腔注射STZ造成小鼠糖尿病模型,随机分为模型M组、全方Q组、苍术玄参组CX、玄参葛根XG、黄芪生地组HS、苍术生地组CS、知母黄芪组ZH,对照组C。给药10天,观察饮食饮水量,体重变化,血糖,肾指数,血肾NO、MDA。结果:各给药组均在饮食饮水排尿血糖血NO、MDA方面有降低趋势。结论:全方Q组及其它组在饮食饮水排尿血糖方面有降低趋势,Q组降低肾指数,Q、CX、ZH降低血MDA,各组降低血NO。 Objective.. Discuss the function of Traditional Chinese Medicines(TCM) to typel diabetic mice by STZ-induced. Methods.- The diabetic mouse model resulted in the use of disposable injection of STZ, the diabetic mice were randomly divided into model group M, all-party group Q, the CangZhu-f-XuanShen group CX, the XuanShen+GeGen group XG, the HuangQi+ ShengDi group HS, the CangZhu+ShengDi group CS, the ZhiMu+HuangQi group ZH, the normal control group 12. Continuous administration for 10 days, observed water intake diet, weight change. Determination of blood sugar, kidney index, the blood of renal NO, MDA. Results: Compared with M group, every treatment group can improve the thirsty drink diabetes~ more frequent urine. It also can reduce postprandial blood glucose, blood NO, MDA. Conclusion: Q group and other treatment groups have a lower volume trends in water intake diet, urine and blood glucose, Q group was significantly lower renal index, group Q, group CX, group ZH have a significant reduction in blood MDA, every treatment group have a significant reduction in blood NO.
