甘蔗烷醇有效部位烷醇含量测定研究

Study on Assaying of Alkane Alcohol in Sugarcane Wax Effective Part

目的:制定甘蔗烷醇有效部位提取物含量测定的质量标准。方法:以甘蔗滓总烷醇为药材有效部位目标产物,并以总烷醇及二十八烷醇为主要考察指标,用气相色谱法进行含量测定。结果:根据测定结果暂定本品含量限度为总烷醇不得少于55.0%,二十八烷醇不得少于45.0%。结论:诸柘烷醇通过调整血脂,对高脂血症和高血脂诱发的动脉粥样硬化动物模型具有良好的药理作用。

Aims：To formulate content determination quality criteria of Sugarcane Wax Effective Part. Methods：To consider Sug- arcane total alkane alcohol as effective part objective, total alkane alcohol and octacosanol as investigation index, determine content by gas chromatography method. Result： According to the result of content determination, tentatively set on content limitation is that total alkane alcohol is more than 55% and octacosanol more than 45.0%. Conclusion： The Effective Part quality can be effectively controlled by established criteria, and reflect exactly it＇s internal quality.
