眼镜蛇神经毒素药理作用实验研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 眼镜蛇毒的干物质中90%以上是蛋白质,是其毒性和生物学活性的主要成分。其中蛇神经毒素可影响疼痛、学习记忆、药物奖赏等多种生物学功能,其镇痛作用具有高效、量小、无成瘾性、不良反应少等特点,是一种新型的镇痛药物。此外,眼镜蛇毒在抗类风湿、抗药物依赖以及抗肿瘤等方面也显示了较好的药理作用。通过多种方法降低蛇神经毒素的毒性,可进一步提高其药理活性,并有可能扩大应用范围,是一种非常有临床应用价值的物质。 Over ninty percents of dry components from Naja atra venom are proteins, which are the main venenous and biologica- lactivitical components. Cobroneurotoxin, the main biologicalaetivitical proteins, ean regulate some biological functions of ani- mals, such as ache, study and rememory, drug reward and so on. Cobroneurotoxin are seen a new type analgetic for properties of high activity, small dose, non-addictive and low incidence rate of adverse reactions. Naja atra venom also show some favorable pharmacological actions,such as antirheumatoid action, anti-drugdependence action, antineoplastic action and so on. By reducing toxicity of cobroneurotoxin, the pharmacological activities of cobroneurotoxin can be elevated with higher dose, even the adminis- trational range may be extended. "
