我院2006—2008年降糖药回顾性动态分析

The Retrospectively Dynamic Analysis of Hypoglycemic Agents in 2006—2008 at Our Hospital

目的:通过调查我院2006—2008年降糖药的用药情况,分析降糖药物的使用情况及其价格走势,为今后降糖药的合理应用和管理提供科学依据。方法:收集我院药库降糖药的出库记录,对我院2006—2008年主要降糖药的消耗情况、售药金额、主要品种和用药频度(DDDs)进行统计分析。结果:降糖药阿卡波糖胶囊的销售金额逐年上升,吡格列酮胶囊和格列吡嗪控释片在销售中的占有率逐年下降。而在3年中,格列吡嗪控释片的DDDs最高。结论:适当的对药物剂型进行改变可提高药物的疗效,并增加药物在市场的销售。

Objective： Through investigating the application of hypoglycemic agents in 2006-2008 at our hospital, analyzing the use of hypoglycemic agents as well as the trend of the price for the future in order to provide the scientific basis for the rational use of hypoglycemic agents and management. Methods： Collecting the hypoglycemic agents Records of the Treasury from our hospital drug storehouse , statistically analyzes the consumption of major hypoglycemic agents, the amount of the sale of drugs, the main variety and frequency of use （DDDs）. Results： The sales of Acarbose Antidiabetie Agents capsules are rising years by years as well as capsules pioglitazone and glipizide GITS in the share of sales is declining year after year. During the three years, DDDs of glipizide GITS is maximum. Conclusion：The appropriate changes for drug formulations can improve drugs ef- ficacy,and can increase sale of the drugs in the market.
