摘要
顾客对电子商务网站访问的行为会产生大量的信息,可运用数据挖掘技术研究客户关系分类管理,从而实现从大量、不确定的客户信息中挖掘出客户分类的依据和信息,为企业提供重要决策支持。通过讨论客户关系管理理论和数据挖掘技术的算法及分析方法,研究并提供了数据挖掘技术在电子商务客户关系管理中的应用方法。
Customers' visits of electronic business websites can produce a large amount of information, so we can excavate the basis and information of customer classification from among massive uncertain customer information and provide important support for enterprises to make decisions by applying data-excavation technique to the study of customer relationship classification management. This thesis is intended to probe into the algorithm and analysis method of customer relationship management theory and data-excavation technique and offer approaches of applying data-excavation technique to customer classification management in electronic business.
