区域经济的崛起对中国经济的整体发展起着越来越重要的牵引和示范作用，从珠三角经济圈到长三角经济圈，众多块状经济不断以各自的优势引导区域实体经济发展。继珠三角、长三角之后，环渤海已然成为我国经济发展的“第三引擎”，唐山市正处于这个引擎的核心。
