摘要
无形学院是科学共同体的重要组成部分，是科学交流的重要机制，是推动现代科技发展的重要力量。自主创新和建设创新型国家迫切需要我同创建高效合理的无形学院。
To establish ＂invisible college＂, in the kind of high effective and reasonable, is urgently needed by the requirement of independent innovation and demanded by build innovation-oriented country. For the reason, invisible college, which is the essential component of scientific community, is not only the important mechanism for communication, but also the main force pushing the development of modern science and technology.
