摘要
运用高效液相色谱法测定分析特效唑在水稻中分布及其稻谷中的残留,结果表明:水稻二叶一心期滴施特效唑(50mg/L),次日,水稻中特效唑下降了71.90%,其根和茎叶中特效唑的分布分别为79.77%和20.23%;于水稻抽穗期喷施特效唑(50mg/L),收获后其谷壳和糙米中均未测出特效唑的残留;特效唑浸种处理,收获后其稻谷也未检测出特效唑的残留。
The authour studied the distribution of uniconatol (S-3307) and residue in rough rice by high performance liquid chromatographic method. As the result, after putting drops of S-3307 solution (50mg/L) on the rice with two leaves and one needle the content of S-3307 in rice 36 hours late came down 71.9% as that 12 hours late, 79.77% in roots and 20.23% in stems and leaves. Spraying the solution of S-3307 (50mg/L) while rice heading or soaking seeds in the solution of S-3307, the contents of S-3307 in the harvested rough rice were below the level of testing limite.
