防治水稻纹枯病拮抗细菌的筛选 被引量:2

摘要 从稻田土壤、旱地土壤、稻田水和菌核上分离到501个细菌分离物,通过离体拮抗性能测定细菌悬浮液抑制纹枯菌菌核萌发试验、稻种细菌化防治纹枯病及拮抗细菌防治水稻纹枯病田间试验,获得了D3、R2、E13个较好的拮抗细菌菌株,对纹枯病的拮抗带分别为5.5mm、8.5mm和2.0mm,经这三个菌株处理的菌核萌发率分别为24.00%、12.00%和16.00%,对水稻纹枯病的田间小区防治效果分别为64.53%、58.80%和61.45%,对水稻的增产效果分别为13.41%、7.45%和10.98%。 501 Bacterial isolates were obtained from land crop soils, paddy soils, water in paddy field and sclerotia. Three promising isolates i. e D 3,R 2 and E 1 were screened through examination on antagonistic ability in the plates, sclerotial bacterization for inhibition of germination and sheath blight control by rice seed bacterization and spray of bacterial suspensions in the field. The diameters of their inhibition zone against Rhizoctonia solani were 5.5mm, 8.5mm, 2.0mm resp. The germination rates of sclerotia treated with their suspensions were 24%, 12% and 16% resp. The control effects of the bacterial suspension spray against sheath blight were 64.53%, 58.80% and 61.45 resp. The spray of the suspensions raised 13.41%, 7.45% and 10.98% in rice output.
