摘要
目的讨论白内障超声乳化并人工晶体植入术的治疗效果。方法对1000例（1000只眼）白内障施行标准巩膜隧道切口行超声乳化并人工晶体植入手术。结果术后1天、1周、2周、1月、3月以上矫正视力0．6以上者分别是801只眼（80．1％），845只眼（84．5％），867只眼（86．7％），954只眼95．4％，987只眼（98．7％），术后发生刀口漏水6只眼（0．60％），继发青光眼5只限，占0．05％。结论白内障超声乳化并人工晶体植入术，术后视力提高明显，具有切口小，不缝线，操作简便、术后反应轻、散光小、术后视力恢复快，并发症少等优点，大大缩短了患者的康复时间，是一种比较理想的手术方式.
