摘要
目的观察室性早搏（简称室早）患者稳心颗粒治疗前后生活质量的变化。方法入选98例，男56例、女42例，年龄28±35（18～69）岁，在治疗前后分别填写SF-36调查表，由患者本人在半小时内完成，观察一般健康状况（GH）、生理功能、生理职能（RP）、躯体疼病、精力、社会功能、情感职能（RE）、精神健康指标，量表采用标；住分法进行评分、统计分析。结果治疗4周后，所有患者整体的生活质量有明显提高（P〈0．05），无严重不良反应发生。结论稳心颗粒治疗室早能显著改善患者生活质量。
Objective To measure the effect of Wenxin Keli treatment on patient＇s by the SF-36. Methods SF-36 was written before and after Wenxin Keli treatment by 98 measures 8 health-related aspects of quality of life, namely generalhealth （GH） , to physical problems （RP） , role limitations due to emotionalproblems （RE） , quality life with ventricular premature beat patients every time in half an hour.. SF-36 physical functioning, role limitations due social functioning, bodily pain, vitality （energy/fatigue） , and mental health. Measuring scales were adopted by standard given marks, and all data was statistically analyzed. Results the scores about eight aspects of SF-36 were better than before treatment （P 〈 0. 05） , and there is no serious adverse reaction. Conclusion s Wenxin Keli treatment can safely and effectively improve quality of life for patients with ventricular premature contractions
