摘要
目的总结腰椎间盘术后椎间隙感染的临床特征，以期探讨有效的防治方法。方法对本院581例椎间盘摘除术中的8例腰椎间盘术后椎间隙感染患者的，临床表现、实验室检查、细菌培养、CT、MRI等临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果8例患者在术后8～24d出现症状，均有腰腿痛加剧，血沉加快，C反应蛋白增高。5例患者保守治疗预后良好。3例切开病灶治疗患者预后效果满意。均无后遗症，生活能够自理。结论严格的术前；位备，术中减少副损伤，术后生化检查结合MRI有助于早期诊断；严格制动，足量抗生素长期应用，结合病灶清除敏感抗生素冲洗引流取得良好效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of postoperative spondylodiscitis after lumbar intervertebral discherniation. Methods 581 cases with spondylodiscitis were reviewed, about their clinical symptoms, laboratory tests, bacteria culture, CT and M Rl tinging, etc. Results The clinical symptoms occurred 8 ~ 24 d after operation. The pain of waist and leg are exacerbate, the ESR are quicker, C-reactive protein are raised.The outcome of both surgical and non-surgical treatment was satisfactory.There is no seqular, and they can take care themselves. Conclusion： the strict prepare of operation, reduce injure in operation, laboratory test and MRl were helpful for the early diagnosis.Brake strictly, antibiotic applied for long time.Combine focus clear away sensitive antibiotic wash can acquire good effect.
