贵州西部马铃薯产业化初探

A study on scientific and technological industrialization of potato in western part of Guizhou

从产业化角度对贵州西部的马铃薯生产进行了分析，指出其现存的品种资源匮乏、马铃薯质量差、淀粉含量低、种植技术落后、耕作粗放、综合利用层次低、产品结构单一等问题，提出解决的办法一是省政府应把马铃薯产业化作为贵州农业经济开发的战略重点之一，大力扶持；二是引进优良品种和培育技术及先进加工技术。文中还介绍了国外马铃薯深加工系列食品的情况。

Attempt has been made to analyse the situation of potato production in western part of Guizhou from the view of scientific and technological industrialization. This paper points out the existing problems,put forward the solution methods and introduces briefly the potato processing series abroad.
