摘要
文中总结了近10年来猕猴桃原生质体研究进展，根据有关文献讨论了猕猴桃原生质体研究中存在的问题及发展趋势。
This review focused on the development of protoplast in kiwi fruit (Actinidia, Lindl) in the past 10 yeArs. The techniques of protoplast isolation, culture and plant regeneration were summarized in this paper. The existing problems and farther development were also discussed.
