胰十二指肠损伤的治疗体会

Treatment of pancreaticoduodenal injuries

目的探讨胰十二指肠损伤的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析45例胰十二指肠损伤的临床特点。结果术前确诊率为62．22％，手术诊断率33．33％。本组术后发生胰瘘17．77％（8／45），术后并发症率和死亡率分别为45．55％和6．66％。结论对于胰十二指肠损伤的治疗，及时尽早的诊断，选择合理的手术方式，加强术后的管理，对于降低并发症率及死亡率有重要意义。

Objective TO discuss the diagnosis and treatment of the pancreaticoduodenal injuries.Methods The clinical characteristics of 45 cases of pancreaticoduodenal injuries were retrospectively. Result The rate of preoprative diognosis was 62.22%, the rate of optative diognosis was 33.33%o Pancreatic fistula rate was 17.77% （8/45）, the morbidity and mortality was 45.55% and 6.66%~ Conclusion To the treatment of the panereaticoduodenal injuries, early diognosis and suitable opration and efficient management were very important to decrease the morbidity and mortality.
