摘要
目的用HPLC-ELSD法测定湖北贝母中贝母素甲的含量。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法以依利特ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱;乙腈-缓冲液(0.3%二乙胺的水溶液)80:20为流动相;流速1.0mL/min;蒸发光散射检测器(漂移管温度40℃,压力3.5bar);柱温:25℃。结果贝母素甲在1μg-5μg范围内线性关系良好,精密度高,稳定性好,平均加样回收率为98.23%。结论利用HPLC-ELSD法能很好地测出湖北贝母中贝母素甲的含量,并可以控制湖北贝母的质量。
Objective Determination of Peimine in Hubei Frilillariae by HPLC - ELSD. Method Use HPLC detection method equipped with Elite ODS column （ 4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5μm）, using Aeetonitrile - buffer solution（with 0. 3% Dithylamine of water） 80：20 as mobile phase, velocity： 1.0 mL/min LSD （drift tube temperature was 40℃, pressure 3.5 bar）, column temperature was at 25℃. Result Peimine has a good linear relationship during 1μg- 5μg, with high precision and stability. The average recovery rate was 98.23%. Conclusion HPLC - ELSD is effective in determining peimine in FriliUariae and can be used to control the quality of Hubei frilillariae.
