Determination the Content of Osthole in Fuwai Lotion by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定妇外洗剂中蛇床子素含量的方法。方法采用SB-C18分析柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(65∶35),检测波长∶322nm。结果蛇床子素在0.015μg-0.27μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9993),平均回收率为97.65%,RSD为1.20%。结论本法操作简便、灵敏、准确,可用于妇外洗剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish the HPLC method for determination the content of Osthole in Fuwai Lotion. Method The SB - C, 8 column（4.6 mm×250 mm ,5 μm） was used, the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile- water （65：35 ） and detection wavelength was at 322 nm. Result The linearity range was 0.015 μg - 0.27μg （ r = 0. 9993 ）, and the average recovery rate was 97.65%, RSD was 1.20%. Conclusion This method can be used for the quality control for Fuwai Lotion due to its simplicity, sensitivity and accuracy.
