本文就《中巴自由贸易协定》争端解决机制的产生及其法律基础、争端解决机制的机构和程序,以及《中巴自由贸易协定》争端解决机制与世界贸易组织争端解决机制的关系进行了详细分析。
This article makes a detailed analysis of the origins of the dispute settlement system in Sino-Pakistan Free Trade Agreement and examines its legal basis and the structure and procedures of the dispute-settling institution as well as the relevance of the system in Sino-Pakistani free trade arrangement to the corresponding WTO system.
