法人化后日本大学内部治理结构研究——以东京大学为例

A Case Study of Internal Governance Structures of the University of Tokyo in the Post-corporation Stage

采用制度分析法,研究日本国立大学法人化后的内部治理结构。从东京大学内部治理结构可以看出,以立法为保障、以校长为核心、以各级评议会为制衡的领导体制,教授自主权力,社会紧密联系等是日本国立大学治理中值得借鉴的几个重要方面。

Taking the University of Tokyo as an example, the paper clarifies the internal governance structures of the University of Tokyo in the post-corporation stage by analyzing the National University Corporation Law （Japan） and the university regulations. The authors believed that several initiatives in the process of Japanese university governance, such as legislation of university governance, president＇s unified leadership under the supervision of several committees, autonomy of professors, tight connection with society, are implicative for the reform of governance system in Chinese universities.
