中国古典诗词多用对仗、富于节奏感而且意境优美。在英译过程中,英汉两种语言和文化背景的差异常常导致诗词翻译的"不可译"。本文从中国古诗的意美、形美和音美的可译性限度来探讨诗歌翻译中的创造性叛逆。

Chinese classical poetry has three typical features： antithesis formed by lines or sentences, rhyme in sound and beauty in images. The untranslatability occurs in the poetry translation due to the linguistie and cultural differences between Chinese and English. This paper discusses the creative treason in the Chinese classical poetry translation in terms of the translatability limitation of beauty in images, formality and sound.
