本文从"分牛问题"出发,分析讨论了题目中的矛盾性。在尽可能公平的将牛分完的过程中,提出了多种分配方法。并对不同的分配方法产生的不同分配结果经行了讨论,最终确定最优分配方案。

This article introduces the contradiction in the problem of ＂distributing cattle＂, then introduces three methods to distribute cattle fairly as could as possible. These three methods are studied, and ultimately the optimal distribution scheme is determined.
