摘要
针对配浆浓度控制过程存在的滞后、大干扰等问题,提出一种基于动态矩阵预测的单神经元PID配浆浓度控制算法。该算法采用双闭环控制,外环利用动态矩阵预测模块,预测未来若干采样时刻的浓度变化量,弥补系统滞后;内环根据预测的浓度变化,采用单神经元PID模块调节稀释水浓度,抑制系统干扰。实际应用效果证明该算法的有效性。
According to problems of plasma consistency with lag and big interference, a dynamic matrix prediction based on single neuron PID control algorithm is present. The dual closed-loop control algorithm, the use of dynamic matrix prediction outer module, sampling time to predict the future concentration of a number of changes in the vol- ume of the system to make up for lagging behind. According to forecast the concentration of inner change, the use of single neuron PID regulator module dilution water concentration, interference suppression system. The experimental application show that the algorithm is of good effectiveness.
