Determination of salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid ointment by HPLC

目的：建立一种快速的用高效液相色谱法测定苯甲酸软膏中水扬酸（SA）的含量。方法：使用C18色谱柱，流动相为甲醇：水（60：40，v／v），检测波长为278nm。结果：水杨酸在30-240μg．ml^-1浓度范围内，r=0．9995，平均回收率为99．87％，RSD=0．77％。结论：该法可快速准确的测定医用苯甲酸软膏中水杨酸的含量。

Abstract objective： To establish a rapid method for determination salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid ointment by HPLC. Mthods： SA was eluted with CH3OH：H2 O （60：40 ,v/v） at C18 colume and was determined at 278nm. Results：In the concentration of SA 30 - 240μg. ml^-1 ,r =0.9995, RSD =0.77% ,the average recovery was 99.87%. Conclusion：The method can be used to determine the Concentration of SA in ointment rapidly and accurately.
