摘要 目的:改进大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型的制备方法。方法:采用改良法制备模型并进行大鼠行为学的评价,以观察改良方法的可靠性。结果:模型大鼠出现神经功能障碍,脑组织缺血梗死,较对照组操作简单,缺血成功率高。结论:该改良法制备的模型是研究局灶性脑缺血的理想实验动物模型。 Objective : Improving the rat model of cerebral ischemia - reperfnsion preparation method. Methods: Prepare the rat model of cerebral ischemia - reperfusion using improved methed, and evaluate the rat behavior in order to observe the improved method is reliable. Results:There is neurological dysfunction in rats model, there is ischemic infarction in their brain Organization. It is easy to operate than the control group, and there is high success rate of ischemia. Conclusions:The rat model of cerebral ischemia -reperfusion made by the improved methed is a ideal model to study focal cerebral ischemia.
