对化工企业工人徒手心肺复苏培训的效果研究

Thoughts and outcome of CPR test of chemical enterprise workers

目的:探讨了医院对化工企业工人进行徒手心肺复苏(CPR)知识与技能培训的效果,并找出培训中的难点。方法:我院对泸天化公司生产现场一线工人1800人进行CPR知识与技能的培训,并评价培训前、培训后理论知识和操作技能掌握情况。结果:培训前1800名工人普遍缺乏基本的心肺复苏知识和技能。与培训前比较,培训后工人的理论知识得分和操作技能合格率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在整个操作过程中,开放气道、按压与吹气之比、按压姿势比较难以掌握和实施。结论:对化工企业工人进行规范有序和定期巩固的培训是增强其急救意识、提高CPR知识与技能的一种有效方式,对普及急救医学知识、保障人民生命健康有重要意义。

object: to study the training results of XX on XX chemical enterprise workers hand cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) knowledge and skills training,and to identify the difficulties in training.Methods: Trained the 1,800 workers of CPR knowledge and skills,and evaluated the training results before and after the theory of knowledge and skills training.Results: before training,1800 Workers are general lack of basic CPR knowledge and skills.And after training,the scores of the workers were significantly increased(P <0.05).Throughout the operation procedure,open the airway,with the inflatable compression ratio,compression position more difficult to master and implement.Conclusions: it is the effective way to keep health by training the chemical enterprises workers of their awareness of first aid,CPR knowledge and skills.
