β-受体阻滞剂与ACEI在心衰中的应用比较 被引量：2

摘要 对于NYHA(美国纽约心脏病协会)分级II-III级的轻中度心力衰竭患者,本着安全的原则,很多人依然倾向于首选ACEI[1,3]。而是否优先选用β受体阻滞剂成为最近研究的热点问题。
