摘要
目的:检测子宫内膜息肉中Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase3表达,探讨其在子宫内膜息肉发生、发展中的作用。方法:标本选自2004年1月~2006年3月浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院住院患者。子宫内膜息肉63例为研究组,正常子宫内膜55例为对照组,采用免疫组织化学二步法(Envision system)检测Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase3的表达。结果:无论增生期还是分泌期,研究组Bcl-2表达均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而增生期Bax的表达两组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),分泌期Bax的表达研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。增生期研究组和对照组中Caspase3均有一定程度的表达,但两组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),分泌期研究组和对照组中Caspase3的表达均增强,但研究组中Caspase3的表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:增生期Bcl-2的高表达及分泌期Bax的低表达可能参与子宫内膜息肉的形成。分泌期子宫内膜息肉中Caspase3的表达增高,但明显少于正常子宫内膜,提示Caspase3可能参与子宫内膜息肉的发生、发展。
Objective: To detect the expression levels of Bcl -2, Bax and Caspase 3 in endometrial polyps, explore the effect of Bcl - 2, Bax and Caspase 3 on the pathogenesis and progress of endometrial polyps. Methods : The expression levels of Bcl - 2, Bax and Caspase 3 in endometrial polyps samples from 63 cases with endometrial polyps (study group) and 55 cases with normal endometrium (control group) were detected by immunohistochemistry from January 2004 to March 2006. Results: In proliferative phase and secretory phase, the levels of Be1-2 in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈0. 05) . In proliferative phase, there was no significant difference in the level of Bax between study group and control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ), while in secretory phase, the level of Bax in study group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . In proliferative phase, there was no significant difference in the level of Caspase 3 between study group and control group ( P 〉 O. 05 ) , while in secretory phase, the level of Caspase 3 in study group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Upregulated Bcl - 2 level and downregulated Bax level may participate in the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps. In secretory phase, the level of Caspase 3 increases, which is significantly lower than that in normal endometrium, indicating a role of Caspase 3 playing in the pathogenesis and progress of endometrial polyps.
